[elbe-devel] rebuild debathena-transform-lighttpd

Hi,

After the initvm moved to bullseye, the internal repo is no longer
available. This is because the lighttpd configuration package
debathena-transform-lighttpd was built for buster's version of
lighttpd.conf.

The correct solution is to provide bullseye packages for elbe. But since
(for whatever reason) the bullseye packages continue to be labeled as
buster, you should at least rebuild the debathena-transform-lighttpd on
a bullseye system so that the "buster package" on the repository works
on bullseye.

No changes to the debathena-transform-lighttpd are needed. Just a
rebuild on a bullseye system.
