Yes, the conversion has been done manually. I was playing a bit with flynt[1] but this was not able to convert everything. So I decided to do it by hand.

In the first place I built examples/x86_64-pc-rescue-busybox-dyn-cpio.xml. But it seems this was not enough. Sorry for that.


For the next version I have checked all patches for missing "f"s with grep. There was indeed a few more places.
