<p>it works when I create an initvm with the latest 1.9.11 </p>
<p>but the command 'control create_project' always returns unsuccessful with a timeout.</p>

<p>I could fix this by going back to 1.9.8 on the host and also put 1.9.8 inside the initvm - then it works fine.</p>
<p>So I guess there was a bug introduced.</p>
