Hi Manuele,

we recommend to use 'make' to build an elbe debian binary package for your distribution.
Than use your package manager to install the package. All dependencies will be installed
as listed in debian/control:
Depends: qemu-utils, qemu-system, qemu-user-static, e2tools, python-mako, python(>= 2.6.6-3~), python-lxml, python-apt, p7zip-full, make, python-parted
Sorry that we don't build binary package for ubuntu 13.10 at the moment.
