httpredir.debian.org @linutronix points to a local apt-cacher-ng.
We just found out, that the d-i sometimes can't download a package
with the httpredir service. There is an initvm example XML in
/usr/share/doc/elbe/examples. Can you please replace the httpredir
URLs with e.g. ftp.de.debian.org there. Then use elbe initvm create initvm-example.xml
to create the initvm.
