Your host is using elbe 1.1. Please make sure your host is also running
the latest devel/elbe-2.0 version. That would be elbe-testing (version
1.9.15).

Also be aware that the host should not install all the elbe
packages. For example, elbe-daemon most certainly should not be running
on the host.
