[elbe-devel] [PATCH v3 0/2] remove 2nd extract of archive, fix bug

These patches remove the archive extraction step after finetuning
and add a new "Archive validation" to check if any archive files
were modified or deleted in finetuning.

Manuel pointed out an open issue[0] that deals with empty archive
tags. Since I was touching that region of code, this issue is also
resolved in the patches. Note however that an exception will still
occur if there is actually data in the archive tag but it is
invalid.
