[elbe-devel] Setup components for primary_host

By default following configuration enables only 'main' component:

<primary_host>debian.tu-bs.de</primary_host>
<primary_path>/debian</primary_path>
<primary_proto>http</primary_proto>

How can one also specify 'contrib' and 'non-free', so that the
resulting sources.list would look like this:

deb http://httpredir.debian.org//debian stretch main contrib non-free
