[elbe-devel] <pkg-blacklist>/<target> support

Hi,

does <target><pkg-blacklist><target> from XML scheme is supported by ELBE?

https://elbe-rfs.org/docs/elbe-schema-reference.html#blacklist

I could find code that handles <target><pkg-blacklist><sysroot> in
elbeproject.py:138, but couldn't find code that handles the same for target.
