Hi,

elbe-testing 1.9.19 is available.

Along with some bugfixes and minor improvements, there are some 'bigger'
new features:

  * manage similar xml files with xmlincludes, look at these examples:
      x86_32-pc-hdimg-with-include-development.xml
      x86_32-pc-hdimg-with-include-production.xml

  * updated: there is the posibility to avoid downgrades by removing
      /var/cache/elbe/.downgrade_allowed on the target.
      This file is generated by the updated finetuning rule. (Only works
      on stretch targets)

  * elbe-debianize now supports packaging barebox
