[elbe-devel] [PATCH 0/2] fixup initvm create action

Hi,

A couple problems related to the XML handing for `elbe initvm create`
are fixed with this series. I also took the opportunity to resync
CreateAction and SubmitAction, since there has been development on the
latter, but not the former. Obviously it would be best to remove this
massive amount of copy/paste code, but I'm leaving that task as a TODO
item.
