most of tmux is already removed.

i dont see where start_build is used, so we just remove it.

do the numbers in testspec.csv need to be adjusted ?
i only remove the offending line.

elbe.spec is untested. with the no-bootstrap changes support for rpm
based distros should be made a goal again.

But thats a separate issue, i believe.
