[elbe-devel] [PATCH 0/3] rework examples for elbe 4

elbe 4 should be able to build buster targets, convert some examples to use
buster.

elbe 4 currently doesnt support jessie. So remove the examples that only work
with jessie and convert the others to use another suite.

enable pbuilder in beaglebone-black example again.
This example is used in the sanity checker and it's helpful to cover pbuilder
builds / localrepo installation etc. at the moment. However it increases the
duration of the testruns what was the reason for the removal some time ago.
