[elbe-devel] [PATCH 2/2] debianize/linux: Unify package names

Commit 64c8d6d4bf2c ("debianize/linux: use ${k_version}-${p_name} for package
names") renamed all packages to $version-$name. However, the dch command in
kernel debianize is still called with $name-$version. This results in confusion
and the kernel cannot be built:
dpkg-source: error: source package has two conflicting values
So, rename the parameters passed to dch accordingly.
Fixes: 64c8d6d4bf2c ("debianize/linux: use ${k_version}-${p_name} for package names")
