[elbe-devel] Oliviers logging merge branch has landed in master

Hello all,

devel/dion/betterlog-rebase-v8 has now been merge to master,
and it has been fixed up, so that

examples/x86_64-pc-hdimg-grub-uefi-stretch.xml

builds.


Please note, that this poses a very big change.
Please rebase patches to current master, before posting them.

Also give this some testing. There are quite likely still some issues
hiding in that code.

I would still like to do a bit of cosmetic
changes on how the logging output should look like. 
I am not happy, but dont have a concrete idea how to change it.

Opinions on this are welcome.
