OS : Debian 10.3
ELBE ver : 12.04

dropbear package not included in rootfs when building tighten option.
Added as below in xml.
Attach xml file.
<pkg>dropbear</pkg>

If you look at log, the log appears as below.
[CMD] reprepro --keepunreferencedfiles --export=never --basedir
"/var/cache/elbe/94fc4d9a-30d5-4cb7-b122-2d9b4e712581/binrepo/targetrepo"
-C added includedeb buster /var/cache/elbe/94fc4d9a
-30d5-4cb7-b122-2d9b4e712581/chroot/var/cache/elbe/binaries/added/dropbear_2018.76-5_all.deb
Warning: database'buster|added|armhf' was modified but no index file was
exported.
