[elbe-devel] Problems with internet connection?

Hello,

I got several times this error below in building a full image.
The error appears sometimes but sometimes all end well.
I am wondering if this is really a connection issue. 
I am working on Ubuntu image and their repositories are quite stable.
Or even if it is a connection issue could we just retry the connect
action.
The code under get_rpcaptcache function appears not clear to me.
