Libvirt fails with error description: "Operation not supported: operation
'setCpusetMemoryMigrate' not supported"

The issue is that the cpuset controller exists on the system but it's
functions are not yet implemented in libvirt. Libvirt will only ingore
controllers that don't exist. (compare
