[elbe-devel] [PATCH 2/2] debian: changelog: bump elbe version to 14.0

  * fix pbuilder origtargz auto download
  * debianize: fix the text user interface
  * hdimg: clean up losetup() when exceptions are thrown
  * elbeproject: prevent pbuilder from checking signature when noauth is given
  * initvm: Update to bullseye
  * schema: Support <binary> for gpthd
  * many pylint fixes
