[elbe-devel] Problem creating initvm

The git version is currently in limbo, because the version has already
been bumped to elbe-14.0 but the packages have not been released.

There were some problems with the elbe-release builder.
I think i have fixed them and will do a release shortly.


A quick-fix is to change the version back to "13.3" in elbepack/version.py
