[elbe-devel] Howto add a local apt-cacher to initvm?

Hello,

I would like to advise initvm in such a way, that it would be using a  
locally available apt-cacher-ng for downloads.
I would go an edit /etc/apt/apt.conf in the initvm.
I would also add a <finetuning> section to elbepack/init/default-initvm.xml

Is this setup supposed to work?
Is editing default-initvm.xml the correct way to instantiate such changes?

Or is there a much better way?

Currently using elbe v14.2 on Debian 11 (bullseye).
