Everything is working now with the latest master and the patch from yesterday.
Thanks for your help.
Just one final note. I'm using balenaEtcher to burn the images to the
sdcard. It was very convenient as the software can automatically
extract images from sdcard.img.gz files. But recent ELBE versions
create sdcard.img.tar.gz, so that balenaEtcher is no longer able to
extract them [1]. And there seems to be not that many Node.js hacker
using ELBE :-(
