Thanks for the update and continued effort. I will be commiting these
changes to the code base.

In this situation (most likely memory overwriting) I will probably have
minicoredumper dump the ELF data it was able to successfully load. It
won't be a usable core file, but it may provide some clues about the
memory corruption.

I will post again once this is available in the git repository.
