[minicoredumper] Invalid stack when all memory regions are dumped

Hi Abi,

Sorry it has taken so longer for a proper solution to this report. There
were 2 bugs relating to certain types of maps. Neither of these types
are used by minicoredumper by default.

The new code has been pushed to git:

https://github.com/diamon/minicoredumper.git

I plan to do a new release soon, so that all the recent bugfixes can be
available in a tarball release.
