[minicoredumper] version 2.0.4 released

Hello,

Version 2.0.4 of the minicoredumper is available [0]. This release
consists of several important bugfixes:

- fix compiling with clang (Khem Raj)

- avoid corruption of core files >8GB for in_tar compressed files (Jos
  Hulzink and github.com user sehdshskj)

- fix minicoredumper possible infinite loop if the crashing application
  is killed (for example, with SIGKILL) before minicoredumper is
  finished dumping (Dongyang)
