[Remail] remail: v0.9 released

Folks,

I've released remail v0.9 (forgot to announce v0.8):

Changes 0.7 .. 0.8:

   A couple of fixes and improvements from Andreas Rammhold:

   - Throw the correct exception
   - Improve error handling output
   - Relax the simple mail validation for new gTLDs
   - Allow S/MIME to be disabled in config
   - Inotify on IN_MOVED_TO events 

Changes 0.8 .. 0.9:

   - Add encrypted.asc to the list of filenames which might
     be provided by mail clients with weird GPG formatting.

   - Handle the magic evolution plugin which allows to send
     PGP mail through exchange without exchange wreckaging it.
