[elbe-devel] Bug "elbe control shutdown_initvm" shutdown physical machine if initvm is not running (v0.9.8)

Hi,

I just discovered that executing:

"elbe control shutdown_initvm"

with elbe 0.9.8 powers off the physical machine if initvm is not
running.
