[elbe-devel] Elbe fails to start after upgrade

The initvm always installs the latest elbe version that can be found in the
configured repos. If that one is newer than the one that is installed on your
PC, you might get the same errors. I just tried it by updating the verison
on my PC; running 'elbe initvm create' and then any 'elbe control' command.
That is working.
