Hi there!

I am new to ELBE and have some getting started problems. Am I right, https://elbe-rfs.org is the official ELBE project website and the main source to get information about? By requesting "ELBE principles" or "Start Using ELBE", Webserver responds HTTP 404 error - by requesting "DOWNLOAD", I get HTTP 403 error. Does anyone observes same behavior?
