yes, https://github.com/linutronix/elbe is the official website of the Elbe Project. And yes, it seems to be broken at the moment. Sorry for that. I'll ask the admin to fix it.

Please use the Git-Repo [1] in the meantime, where you also find all documentation and code. A good starting point may be [2].
