[elbe-devel] [PATCH 04/25] pylint: config: call baseclass.__init__() in Config.__init__()

pylint complains:
elbepack/config.py:12: [W0231(super-init-not-called), Config.__init__] __init__ method from base class 'dict' is not called

fix it by calling dict.__init__(self)
