[elbe-devel] cross compiling custom applications

In elbe-testing there is a 'elbe control build_sdk <uuid>' command to
build a yocto-like SDK. But currently it only works for x86_64 hosts and
armhf targets. Let me know, if you're interested in having other
architectures supported.
