Even with adding distro name to dbsfed.xsd.

A: Yes this step is required.

And editing the xml schemaLocation parameter to use the local dbsfed it
is not working.

A: Please post the error that is thrown.

Have you an idea of how to build an Ubuntu system or it is not possible
with Elbe?
A: Yes It is possible to build ubuntu with Elbe, I have built it.
