Just "elbe initvm attach" and look at "ps efax | grep gpg" 
This will show you, whether gpg is running, which is most likely the
case.

Then you probably want to check, whether the 'haveged' stuff is working.
And since that seems not to be the case, we might consider going back to
/dev/urandom inside the initvm
