[elbe-devel] elbe has unmet dependencies in Debian 9.0 (stretch)

OK, but then the documentation on the Download page is a bit misleading, isn't it?

Do I need to create a new initvm based on Debian/stretch to achieve that, or will my old initvm (Debian/wheezy) do?
