[elbe-devel] elbe has unmet dependencies in Debian 9.0 (stretch)

And elbe 1.9 already works just fine, BTW.

    # elbe 1.9
    deb http://debian.linutronix.de/elbe-testing stretch main

    deb http://debian.linutronix.de/elbe-common stretch main

My understanding is that generating stretch targets may still have
issues using elbe 1.9.  Is this fully supported and tested under
elbe 1.2?
