[elbe-devel] elbe has unmet dependencies in Debian 9.0 (stretch)

maybe because python-pyme is on your system (as on mine) from previous debian
releases.. (not removed during upgrade)

elbe on stretch is currently not working out of the box. Producing stretch
targets isn't working with elbe-1.2 and elbe-1.9.x. Both should be fixed for
elbe 2.0
